

Training
We are keen practitioners of continuous improvement in all areas of our operations, and we see the training and development of our staff as high priority. With help from our membership advantages with the British Institute of Cleaning Science, we ensure that our personnel are trained to competent levels in their relative field with assistance from external Training Managers. All of our operatives are subject to a bi-annual performance review using data from our quality monitoring sheets and feedback from our clients. After extensive analysis, we retrain staff in areas where there could be room for improvement and reward staff for performing to and above standards. In an industry synonymous with high staff turnover, Orion prides itself on being able to retain our staff whilst making sure that our clients have complete trust in the operatives we deploy to ensure the work carried out is to the best of their ability and above what is expected.
Our training policy is coupled with our opportunity structure available to employees for promotions and incentives. Orion firmly believes in utilising our operatives in a manner whereby they can fulfil their maximum potential, and are always open to suggestions to improve service deliverability.
