Security Procedures

We value the peace of mind of our clients, therefore we take all the necessary measures to ensure that the personnel on your premises are of the highest calibre and vetted via the CRB (Criminal Records Bureau), especially in areas of high security such as schools. It is the policy of Orion Support Services that every operative must have checkable work references. We work in conjunction with the Home Office, making sure that all of our operatives are legally entitled to work within the United Kingdom. Every member of staff is provided with an Orion branded uniform and our Identification badges include a unique employee reference code and watermark only available for print from our Head Offices.

Upon induction, Orion’ employees are told about the importance of understanding client requirements with regards to site security procedures. Every premises we cater for is provided with an employee log book and a client comments book.
